Making an order

Add to order You can add items to your order by clicking the "Add to order" button next to the items. Recalculate Once you have done that, choose the correct shipping zone and click the "Recalculate" button to calculate the shipping costs (if any). Go to payments If you are ready to place your order, click on the "Go to Payments" button, so we can collect your name and address and payment details. Continue shopping Or, you can browse some more. Important Remember - your order cannot be processed until the shipping has been calculated and you have filled in the details in the payment section.

Viewing your order

View order Click the "View current order" button to see what you have ordered so far. You can alter the quantities of any items here, or set the quantity to zero to cancel the item.

Payments

On-line payments We use a SSL secure server for on-line credit card transactions, so you may purchase with complete confidence. You can pay by PayPal using Delta, Mastercard (Eurocard), Visa and other cards, or from your PayPal account. Payment by credit card for international purchases is extremely efficient and cost effective. The credit card company does the currency conversion for you, usually at a very good rate. Use our currency converter to see roughly what the cost will be in your own currency. By Mail You can also mail us an International Money Order or a cheque in UK£s drawn on a UK bank. Make the cheque out to Jesus Fellowship Life Trust and mail to: Jesus People Shop, Nether Heyford, Northampton NN7 3LB, United Kingdom. By phone Or, you can ring +44 1327 344511 (or 0845 166 8172 at local call rate in the UK) to leave your credit card details.

Shipping and Taxes

United Kingdom All prices include postage and VAT. Please select "United Kingdom" as the shipping destination on the order form. Europe Prices include value added tax in the EU. Select "Europe (EU)" on the order form, and 10% is automatically added to cover the costs of shipping. Worldwide surface shipping If you select "Surface (worldwide)" in the order form, 10% is automatically added to cover the cost of surface shipping worldwide. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery by surface (more to certain countries). You may be liable for local taxes or customs duties. Worldwide air freight For quicker delivery outside Europe, you can select "Air (worldwide)" in the order form. 50% is automatically added to cover the cost of air freight. You may be liable for local taxes or customs duties.

Refunds and Complaints

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase from the Jesus People Shop, you can return the goods within 14 days for exchange or a no-questions-asked refund of the purchase price (shipping not included, unless the goods are faulty). All we ask is that you contact us before you return the goods, so that we are expecting them. As is usual, CDs, tapes and videos can be returned only if they have not been opened or are faulty. Complaints If anything goes wrong (and it sometimes does!), please contact us by e-mail.

Privacy

Credit card details We are bound by UK law to treat your credit card details in total confidentiality. If you send us your credit card details on-line, they are only ever transmitted over a secure link. Cookies Cookies are small text files stored on your computer. We use cookies for the sole purpose of keeping track of your order while you are placing it by allocating you a temporary customer ID number. This ensures that your information is kept private, and is essential to the working of our secure site. Other vendors We promise never to pass on any of your details to anyone else (unless required by law to do so).
